The abstract submitted here will be published in the conference program as is. We will not be checking for grammatical or typing errors. If you are not presenting a poster or giving a talk, i.e., just attending, you do not need to submit an abstract title or an abstract.

Please state the name of the delegate you will be sharing a room with. They must have received a bursary or paid the general registration fees for you to be able to share a room with. Please provide the contact details to send the invoice for additional costs incurred.

Please include as much relevant details as possible. For e.g., a ground floor room or 2 adults and one 5-year old child. Note: The requests made here will be assessed by the committee, and therefore are not guaranteed until formally agreed.

Please provide a name, an address and an email address of the person (supervisor/PI) and/or the company who will be paying for your registration fee.

If you do fail to attend the conference, no refund will be provided. If you were invited/keynote speaker, payment is not required.

The registration fee covers your accommodation and all meals during the conference weekend. Travel to the conference is not covered in the registration fee above.
