EAP 2026 Travel Award
General guidelines:
A maximum of £100 can be claimed if awarded this travel grant. Partial funding may be considered if total travel cost exceeds £100.
You must be registered to attend EAP 2026 to be eligible for a travel grant. Bursary applicants awaiting to hear outcome are eligible to apply for travel grant.
Travel grant applications will close on midnight of 15th April 2026.
We have limited number of travel grants available.
Guidelines for completing the application:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you read and understand the above criteria before applying.
Travel grant can only be used to claim travel to and from the conference venue. Stopovers or additional trips not relevant to the conference will not be funded.
A short justification for your proposal outlining why you should be awarded the funds must be completed in the form below.
Terms and conditions for successful applicants:
Successful applicants will be required to keep all of the receipts related to the travel to EAP 2026 - to later submit for reimbursement after the conference.
Successful applicants will be required to provide a 250-word short report and a photograph.
We may use material from your report on our website, in social media, and in other promotional materials. If you have any concerns about the use of your material, please let us know in advance.
Travel grants will only be reimbursed following confirmed attendance at EAP 2026 in Kettering. If a recipient does not attend the conference, ASN will not reimburse any pre-booked travel costs.
